**About the Role**

We’re seeking a hospitality leader, who exemplifies our heart of hosting, to shape and deliver a rich and diverse range of experiences. Working at our beautiful Yarra Valley winery, our Hospitality Experience Manager will drive the execution of hospitality across restaurant, lounge bar and private functions, ensuring all hosting meets our exceptional standards.

Reporting directly to the Hospitality Operations Manager, duties of this position include:

- Providing, maintaining and managing an exceptional standard of service and quality across all areas of hospitality;
- Leading the operations on the floor and supporting in Hospitality department planning, development of new F&B experiences, training for front of house staff, and other areas such as visuals and stock management;
- Identifying sales growth opportunities across all hospitality areas and retail and improvements of front of house procedures;
- Guiding, motivating, and mentoring a dedicated front of house team.

**Criteria**

- Proven track record in a similar role in a premium environment;
- Bachelor of Hospitality or equivalent education in Hospitality, Tourism or Retail would be advantageous;
- You are passionate about wine and food with natural leadership qualifies;
- An eye for detail with excellent communication,
- A driven and consumer-centric individual;
- Availability to work weekends and weekdays.
