Job Requirements
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a customer outcome centric administrator to join the team and support the Chief Winemaker at Oakridge. Key responsibilities include:
Inventory management (stocktake, warehouse and location allocations)
Order fulfilment and processing (Export, Wholesale, Retail)
Stock transfers (cellar door, museum, wine club)
Master data and product setup
Dry goods ordering and scheduling
Purchase Orders
Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
Provide Reception backup
Support Winemaking and Hospitality team with general administrative activities
Drive ongoing continuous improvement actions to support training delivery and reporting
Assist with wholesale, international and DTC orders including paperwork and packing
What you’ll need to succeed:
3 years Administration experience
Some Accounting or bookkeeping experience
High degree of computer literacy
Excellent communication
Decision making within scope
Ability to respect sensitive information and privacy requirements
