**About the team**

The engine room of the business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
We are currently looking for an Operations Procedural Support team member to join the team, working in a part time capacity.

**About the role**

As an Operations Procedural Support team member you will join a star team that manages OneTeam (payroll, process, access) and Cash Management related queries, working cross functionally to understand the issue then find an appropriate resolution with second line support teams (Labour Standards, Finance, IT) and help the stores to resolve and close out the issue within agreed timeframes. You will also;
- Provide a timely, reliable, accurate and quality service to support issues in line with agreed standards to identify opportunities to support stores proactively
- Support the lead in developing and improving processes with second line support teams (labour standards, finance, IT) to provide seamless support to store teams.
- Support co-ordination with IT for incident management relating to OneTeam or Cash issues

About you and your skills

**You will also need**
- a passion for supporting stores with proven knowledge of Store Operations experienced in a Front-end store processes and systems
- demonstrated working effectively in cross-functional teams with proven problem-solving
- focusing on continuous improvement and taking initiative to resolve issues
- the ability to clearly communicate across all levels, building awareness and supporting teams
- consistently willing to improve their understanding of systems and changes
- knowledge of store systems and Microsoft Office skills
