In a relatively short period of time Talent Insights has quickly established a strong reputation in the Data Science, Data Analytics, Customer Insights & Data Products sectors. We have quickly grown our client portfolio over recent years and now have a number of preferred supplier agreements in place with some of the largest businesses in Australia who often rely on us exclusively to help them attract Data talent. We work with most of the top data teams in Australia, whether; internal analytics functions, consulting firms and start ups/product companies across various industry sectors including: Consulting, Financial Services, Internet, Retail, Airlines, Telco and Loyalty Rewards businesses.

It's an extremely exciting industry; understanding how everyday customer data is captured and used for marketing, targeted advertising and helping businesses drive insights to gain a competitive advantage.

We have an exciting growth opportunity for a full-time recruitment consultant to join our Data Science desk which is our highest billing desk and work with one of the best consultants in the industry. You will become a true market specialist in a sector which is growing exponentially.

**Experience required**:

- Previous recruitment experience in data would be amazing, but we will also consider; Technology, Marketing, Risk, Strategy, Digital or Professional Services recruitment
- Experience building a contract desk and managing contractors would be awesome but not a requirement
- Superior influencing, negotiation, persistence and decision making skills
- Proven understanding of the recruitment process
- Confident over the phone and face to face meeting new people
