**About the Role**
As we enter an exciting new phase of Olympus’ business transformation, an unmissable opportunity has arisen to engage a successful Independent Sales Agent to drive and maximise sales growth of key Olympus Medical devices within ACT covering the Canberra territory.
In this role you will manage established key accounts to ensure the customers’ needs and expectations are met whilst making a difference in all your interactions.
You will have access to uncapped earning potential, flexibility to work your own hours and be your own boss. If you are someone who backs themselves, you will be unstoppable in this role
**What we are looking for**:
You are a competitive sales professional with the hunger and drive to achieve sales targets. You are motivated to succeed, pivot when challenges are presented and strive for excellence. Coupled with your sales experience you will be engaging with your customers, disciplined, methodical and resilient. In addition, you possess:
- Proven field sales/ account management experience within the medical device industry; preferably with Bariatric, Colorectal, Upper GI and Gynecology experience;
- Highly developed presentation skills with a strong analytical mindset;
- Use of own Tools and Equipment (vehicle, drivers’ license, laptop/tablet) is essential;
- A registered Company name and ABN;
- Workcover.
