**Your new role**
This position has opened due to company and project growth. They require a person to carry out the role of the Operations Manager | Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to assist with the start-up of their new office on the Central Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for the sourcing of clients and being the prime representative of the company for the NSW branch to engage with clients, contractors and employees. A summary on other responsibilities includes but are not limited to responding to tenders and quotes, hiring of trade and labour, managing works and delivery of project on time and in budget.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A qualification in the building trade, project management or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in office administration
- Ability to establish, maintain and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
