**About the Role**:
Digital Engagement is a newly formed team, tasked with transforming the way we communicate and connect with customers in a meaningful and relevant way across all digital touchpoints. As part of the team, you’ll have full autonomy to define what CRM & Loyalty means to Kmart and the Kmart customer, developing a vision and driving digital first thinking at an enterprise level. Digital Engagement is looking to re-define and elevate how we engage with customers and operate as a business with space and flexibility to innovate and think outside the box.
As our new CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will own and lead our loyalty strategy to really shape what loyalty really means to Kmart and our customers.
Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Develop the overarching governance and strategy for how marketing and communications is executed to create loyalty and reward loyalty
- Identify new channels, features and touchpoints for engaging customers through our loyalty programs
- Identify, scope and prioritise personalisation opportunities for our loyalty program customers by leveraging the unique data assets created by these programs
- Act as a custodian of loyalty programs for Kmart by engaging multiple stakeholders for input and views on how loyalty creates value
**To be successful in this role**:
We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader who will bring their wealth of experience in the CRM and Loyalty space. You have a passion and proven experience in transforming and creating best-in-class experiences within a digital and customer-oriented business.
We'd also love you to have:
- Demonstrable experience in leading, developing and inspiring a team
- Strong experience in running and managing direct marketing communications
- Experience in managing a portfolio of marketing activity to budget and to plan
- Prior experience with loyalty programs - either 3rd party programs or brand owned loyalty programs
- Experience with data driven and technical marketing concepts
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent ability in building strong relationships within key business areas to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
