**Your new role awaits**:
The position of Hub Manager, **based at our** **Mulgrave Branch**, assumes **accountability for our Mulgrave and Laverton branch performance** with a focus on safety and achieving KPI’s associated with revenue, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty. You will be successful in this role because you relate well to people, can motivate, mentor and develop your team to be its best, operate cohesively as a team and care deeply about the service delivered to Coates’ customers.
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Lead and inspire employees to deliver outstanding customer service using your knowledge of key branch operations and quality compliance processes - _you know that a happy customer will be a returning customer and enjoy helping everyone deliver on targets._
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers_- develop quotes, raise purchase orders and enter hire agreements._
- Oversee Asset and Quality Management
- Manage branch P&L and KPIs around fleet availability and utilisation and customer loyalty.

**About you**:
Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, where your diverse leadership skills have engaged teams to perform at their best, including:

- Sales and operational management experience - ideally with a background in traffic, pumps, or shoring.
- Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team’, cohesive mindset
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
