Retail Brand Development Executive

The purpose of this role is to support the Retail Brand Development Managers and Senior Managers with the presentation, insights, administration, and execution of our priority consumer products marketing campaigns across the ANZ retail landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**
The primary objective is to provide coordination and support across the Retail Brand Development team - primarily supporting the franchise leads for Marvel, 20th Century Studios and Star Wars. Key responsibilities include:
**Market Execution**
- Delivery of Marvel, 20th Century Studios and Star Wars execution plans supported by a Retail Brand Development Manager.
- Supporting Retail Brand Development Managers on progression of Go-To-Market campaigns to ensure critical deadlines are met.
- Briefing agencies on creating marketing support assets, including digital, social, and retail point of sale, and ensuring successful delivery to partners.
- Briefing media agencies on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Liaising with internal and external PR teams on influencer programs and promotion opportunities.
- Working closely with local and global Disney cross-department teams (such as Studios, Exhibition) on relevant product integration opportunities.
- Coordination of product samples for content shoots, influencer campaigns and promotional opportunities - between internal and external parties.
**Brand Ambassador**:
- Act as Brand Ambassador ensuring all program elements meet approvals and brand guidelines, liaising as appropriate with global and corporate brand communications teams.
- Management of brand approvals/liaison with licensee and retailer partners for retail marketing assets across Marvel, 20th Century Studios and Star Wars.
- Working with key internal franchise and content teams to secure consumer products features across Disney owned channels (i.e. social, eDM).
**Team Administration/ Project Management**:
- Management of Consumer Products (marketing and commercial) budget tracking across all franchises.
- Raising Purchase Orders for all marketing spend.
- Management of quarterly Earned Media reporting.
- Working with Legal team as required on marketing related contracts and agreements.
- Compile and present post campaign analysis reports with clear learnings identified.
- Maintain a current calendar of all franchise content and retail marketing priorities.
**Skills Required**:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
- 2- 3 years marketing experience.
- Retail background a definite advantage.
- Project management skills.
- Proficient finance management skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record of forging relationships with multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Well-developed oral and written communication.
- Strong team player.
