**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Hush Puppies and Julius Marlow, the
**Marketing Manager** leads the Hush Puppues & Julius Marlow marketing team and drives the marketing strategy and brand plans across major brand campaigns, advertising, public relations, partnerships, VM, digital and social media initiatives. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's marketing strategies and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Formulating brand marketing plans and overseeing the brand's tone of voice across all channels. Implementing, maintaining, and evolving marketing plans for both brands.
- Maintaining and developing key relationships with major external stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Building and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand messaging alignment.
- Managing local partnerships, including brand sponsorships and community collaborations, to maximize brand exposure and value in the market.
- Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align on digital and performance marketing initiatives across paid search and paid socials.
- Providing analysis and commentary on current brand marketing performance, identifying areas of improvement and new opportunities.
- Analysing marketing initiatives, as well as trade promotions, to provide feedback to sales teams across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
- Developing and analysing campaign performance metrics to drive constant improvement.
- Managing several creative agencies.
- Lead a team of three talented individuals, including a Marketing Coordinator responsible for social media, content, and influencer management, a Digital Designer managing online creatives, and a VM Manager overseeing the brand's look and feel across our retail network.
- Taking ownership of the Marketing budget, ensuring that all activities meet targets and projects and campaigns stay within budget.

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Management, ideally working in fashion/beauty or similar industry
- Nimble and able to keep pace
- People leadership experience
- Agency management skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a bonus if you have knowledge of graphic design skills across Canva and Adobe Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
