**The opportunity**:
Brand Collective is looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead our iconic global brands Superdry & Replay Your mission will be to help grow the brand in the Australian Market
**. **Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the GM will be responsible for developing and managing the strategies and key activities to achieve outstanding product ranges, maximise sales, margins, profit and stock targets across all channels to maximise shareholder value.

**About you**:
You have a deep understanding of the Australian Retail Market with a proven ability to demonstrate organic growth. You also thrive in fast-paced environments and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to execute both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Approximately 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position managing a multi-function team
- Approximately 5 years of related marketing, retail or sales experience within a similar industry
- Experience in dealing with international brands and reverse seasonality
- Budget and forecasting experience - management of full P&L
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience overseeing a range of architecture across multiple categories
- A deep understanding of our target consumer and how to best market to them
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of 15 direct reports & a retail fleet focusing on quality, achieving targets and ensuring a learning culture to achieve continuous improvement
- Change management experience

- Drive the execution of clear, measurable, and strategic annual business plans for all departments with a key focus on profitable growth
- Provide key inputs and direction for Merchandising, Design & Marketing strategy creation and implementation
- Provide leadership in developing strategic capabilities; innovation, customer understanding, Go-To-Market, retailing and a culture of profitable growth
- In conjunction with the Finance team, prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts and to the CEO and Head of Finance
- Monitor and direct all operations to achieve revenue and contribution targets
- In consultation with the Marketing Manager, ensure effective product and seasonal marketing align with brand positioning
- Develop functional capabilities within your team, taking long-term brand needs into consideration
