We are super excited to announce a new and rare position within one of the biggest Insurance providers of Australia. Due to company growth, we are seeking an Application Support Specialist Level 2+.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for providing top tier level 2 service and support in accordance with established ITIL practices. You'll get to undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors.

You will develop and maintain systems and program documentation, you will also need to liaise with other IT teams and the wider business to resolve problems, in addition to this you will be required to investigate and remediate incidents involving bespoke broking software such as iBais and evolution.
- Hours of work 8:30-5pm 1 hour for lunch
- End of month function (compensated)
- Hybrid role once training is completed
- Internal systems: broking software such as iBais and evolution.
- Undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors
- Develop and maintain systems and program documentation

**About You**:
Any experience in the insurance sector or financial services is highly regarded, as well as insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 Compliance certification would be highly regarded but not required. They are open to all industries and backgrounds.
