SERV are a highly transactional company who have recently commenced a
**new 2-3 year major project**, presenting an opportunity to expand their team with a skilled Application Support Analyst.

Your skills and experience will include but not be limited to:

- Proven experience to write moderate to complex database scripts/procedures and run database SQL queries
- Display knowledge working on Service Now modules including Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
- **Previous Application Development experience is highly advantageous**

In this role, you will be open to continuous learning and feedback, opportunity for growth in your IT career and exposure to AWS and Azure within the serverless environment.
