**Contracts Manager** responsible for managing the head contract and also the subcontractors. You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and managing a team of 3-4 Contract Administrators, however, this is a
**hands-on role** so you will be expected to be involved in the commercial delivery. You will need a strong background in
**civil construction** and have experience of managing up to 100 plus subcontractors. Ideally you will have been in a similar managers role although this could be suitable for a
**Senior Contract Administrator** to step up.
