**About the opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and contract management for ICT and contact centre services.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our ICT and contact centre services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organisational policies and risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle for ICT and contact centre services, including new contracts, renewals, extensions, and variations.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise contractual documents such as contracts, statements of work, and termination letters.
- Provide commercial advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and risk management frameworks.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and manage any necessary performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement and contract management functions.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity within the contract management and service request systems.
**You can contribute through your**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end contract management within ICT categories, including telecommunications, cloud services, SaaS, and professional services.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating various contractual documents, such as software licenses, statements of work, and service level agreements.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing contract management systems and adhering to procurement frameworks and governance policies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of ICT systems and services, including considerations for information security, data privacy, and risk management.
- Tertiary qualification in law, business, commerce, information technology, or a related field; MCIPS accreditation is desirable but not essential.
