**Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager, as Customer Success Manager you will be the single point of contact for AssetFuture customers, understanding customer needs and opportunities. Working with the customers and internal team to ensure that the customers get all the required resources and tools to adapt the AssetFuture technology, are satisfied and referenceable.

The major objectives of the role are to develop and own customer relationships with key clients, achieve customer retention and renewal targets and implement major initiatives aligned to AssetFuture’s Business Strategy.

The role is based in Sydney; flexible working is possible.

**What you will be doing**:

- Run training sessions and onboard new customers and new solutions for existing customers
- Collaborate with Data, Product and Engineering teams to address strategic outcomes and drive customer success
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services and ensure clients are accessing all the solutions that meet their business needs
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value, ensuring retention
- Ensure that customers derive value from AssetFuture intelligence platform, utilise needed functionality, identify new opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Success role - essential
- Exposure to a SaaS based environment - ideal
- Prior experience in an Account Management or IT Business Analyst role - ideal
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction within customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computing, Business, Information Technology and / or a related field
- Experience in Project Management / Project delivery - advantage
- Previous experience in asset management and the use of Lifecycle forecasting tools - ideal
- Business awareness, commercial acumen, superior attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound time management skills, strong organisation skills with a focus on achieving goals
- Resourceful problem-solving skills with curiosity and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure in an ever-evolving and fast-paced environment
- A strong team orientation and collaborative approach
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - intermediate level
- Experience in Microsoft Azure - advantage
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
