Working in a collaborative finance team dealing with invoicing, queries, reconciliations and data processing to support the team.

The Client

My client are a global and innovative technology based company located within a 10 minute walk to North Ryde train station. They have strong company values and heavily promote a co-operative, high spirited, customer service focus environment.

Inital 2 Month Contract with the view to extend

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30 (Can accomdate early / late start/finish times)

Flexiblity: 2 Dayd WFH once trained

THE ROLE

  • End to End Accounts Payable
  • Processing Invoices
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Payment runs, matching and coding invoices
  • Manages company credit card and expenses
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Managing the AP Inbox
  • Report to Finance Manager, assisting with adhoc duties

THE PERSON

  • Accounts Payable Experience essential
  • Ability to self manage and use your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to investigate and manage queries
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to Commit to minimum 2 Month Contract
