**About Us**
At Little Zaks Academy, we're passionate about providing high-quality childcare and early education. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.

**Your Role**
As our Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer, you will be at the heart of our finance department, ensuring the seamless and accurate management of accounts payable and payroll functions. Your responsibilities include:
**Accounts Payable**
- Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Managing the AP inbox and resolving queries professionally and efficiently.
- Completing payment runs and maintaining vendor accounts.
- Providing ad hoc support for the smooth operation of the accounts payable team.
- Reconciling AP transactions daily and maintaining the prepaid card system.

**Payroll**
- Processing payroll while adhering to ATO requirements.
- Handling payroll tax, PAYG submissions, and superannuation remittances.
- Managing workers' compensation reimbursements and claims.

**Key Competencies**
- 2+ years of experience in accounts, payroll, or accounts payable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ATO payroll requirements.
- Experience with accounting and payroll software is advantageous.
