We are looking for an energetic individual with a can-do attitude who can hit the ground running.
Full time - OFFICE ADMIN
**THE ROLE**
- Fielding inquiries to correct internal avenues
- Entering all quote requests onto dashboard
- Assistance to quote jobs
- Liaising with Property Managers / Real Estate Agents / clients
- Liaising with internal Staff and Project Managers
- Assist Project Managers when required (scheduling & generating invoices)
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Quote follow ups
- Chase invoice payments for Domestic & Commercial clients
- Ad-hoc Duties
