This position is responsible for the sales administration functions for all departments of Konami Australia.
- This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle direction, assesses situations, enters dialogue and completes tasks
- Computer literate with MS Office experience
- Be proactive in resolving issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work in a team of sales administrators supporting the local and international sales team
- Check Sales Orders and confirm the sales requirement properly.
- Enter Sales Orders in Pronto System accurately.
- Support for other Sales related activities, such as preparing quotations, filling in sales order forms, arranging short lead time orders.
- Relief Receptionist daily including lunch and other breaks, sick / annual leave etc.
- General administrative tasks
