This organisation is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to join the team. As the Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting industries, education, and training sectors to shape the future of vocational skills and workforce development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Building Strong Relationships**: Develop and maintain deep industry knowledge, understanding the intricacies of various sectors. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the Jobs and Skills Council, governmental bodies, industry associations, and more.
- **Industry Intelligence Gathering**: Utilize meetings, conferences, research, and other sources to gather and analyze industry intelligence, identifying job roles, skills gaps, and workforce needs.
- **Strategic Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals based on gathered industry intelligence. Document workforce challenges and opportunities, contribute to industry-specific Vocational Education and Training reports.
- **Stakeholder Forum Support**: Assist Stakeholder Representative Forum Members and secretariat staff in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. Contribute to the successful production of reports, papers, and consultation processes.
- **Virtual Community Management**: Help design, establish, and maintain relationships within technical advisory committees and expert working groups. Ensure productive engagement and collaboration within virtual communities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with this organisation and Skills Insight team members, external consultants, and governmental representatives to drive vocational skills improvements.
- **Presentation and Communication**: Brief executive management teams, staff, and external audiences on findings and progress. Develop clear communiques to share insights with relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Workforce Development, etc.)
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and industry networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret industry intelligence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in drafting reports, proposals, and communiques.
- Familiarity with Vocational Education and Training systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Australia as required.
