**Position Summary**:
You will drive MYMC’s customer acquisition and revenue growth through precision-focused, data-led digital marketing. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across paid search, social, video, programmatic, display, and affiliate channels.
You will be accountable for end-to-end campaign performance from channel strategy and creative testing to analytics and optimisation. Working alongside our data, digital product, and creative teams, you’ll use insights and automation to continually scale and improve acquisition efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities but not limited too**:
**Performance Strategy & Growth Planning**
- Develop and execute MYMC’s performance marketing roadmap across all paid digital channels to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build robust media and testing frameworks that enable rapid learning, scaling, and efficiency improvements.
- Define KPIs and growth forecasts, owning CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key funnel metrics.
**Execution & Channel Optimisation**
- Be hands-on across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate platforms by actively managing campaigns, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to ensure campaigns are optimised daily for performance.
- Implement automation and AI-driven tools to streamline campaign management and improve performance velocity.
**Creative & Experimentation**
- Build and run structured testing programs across messaging, visual assets, ad formats, and landing pages to enhance conversion.
- Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to produce high-impact assets aligned with performance data insights.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, turning insights into scalable playbooks and repeatable best practices.
**Data, Analytics & Reporting**
- Develop dashboards and reporting suites that provide visibility on acquisition performance and budget efficiency.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover growth opportunities and inform investment decisions.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Marketing leadership team.
**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Mentor and upskill team members in performance marketing best practices, platform expertise, and analytical thinking.
- Work closely with Digital Product, CRM, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Brand and Media leads to integrate top
- and mid-funnel awareness efforts into a cohesive performance strategy.
**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing or growth-focused digital roles within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
- Proven success in scaling acquisition channels and improving ROI through data-driven optimisation.
- Advanced proficiency across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, and attribution modelling.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Desirable**
- Experience implementing automation tools or scripts for campaign management and reporting.
- Exposure to lifecycle and CRM marketing to align performance acquisition with retention strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and CRO principles to maximise landing-page performance.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small digital team.
