It is an exciting time to join Toll as we expand our operations with a brand new Toll/Masterfoods site opening in Yennora, NSW in early November. We are seeking several experienced Team Managers/Operations Supervisors and Inventory / Planner Clerks across several shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to assist our customer who operates in the Foodservices division and manufactures a diverse range of products for distribution Australia wide.

**Team Manager**:
We are seeking x 3 Team Managers where you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a group of individuals to achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and guiding team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Reporting on team performance and providing regular updates to senior management

**Team Manager AM shift** - 06:00 - 14:00 Monday - Friday
**Team Manager PM shift**:

- 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday
**Team Manager night shift** - 22:00- 06:00 Sunday - Thursday

**Inventory / Planner Clerk**:
We are also seeking x 2 Inventory / Planner Clerks. The Inventory / Planner Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, inspecting, and organising incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory needs
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring that inventory is properly stored and organised for easy access

**Shift times**:06:00 - 14:00 & 09:00-17:00 Monday - Friday.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Experience in managing operational budgets
- Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies
- Experience in managing HACCP requirements is preferable
