**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide change leadership in transitioning the company into new ways of working
- Ensuring high quality and reliable output to gain credibility with business stakeholders / customers
- Establish stakeholder management plan and communication framework
- Lead in keeping customers informed and up to date with all major changes & enhancements to the MyPC tool, ensuring that appropriate training material is developed and distributed prior to the changes going live
- Work on best way to gain regular feedback from suppliers on our performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Lead and own the continuous development and required enhancements to onboarding & Training material to MyPC
- Change management process for all enhancement releases of the MyPC tool

**About You**
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating and bringing multiple stakeholders together to align on and execute plans
- Demonstrated experience of complex problem solving and ability to develop solutions to meet business outcomes
- Writes, speaks, and presents clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
- High level of influencing and negotiation skills to achieve best possible outcomes
- Detailed understanding of current industry delivery requirements
- Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Open and adaptive to change

**Desirable**
- Ability to properly package numerical findings and insights to be easily understood by a variety of business stakeholders
- Superior MS Office, Google docs, reporting and ERP system use
- Sound understanding of warehousing solutions, including inbound transport processes
