**What you’ll be doing**
In this role no two days will be the same. As the Team Leader - Integrated Therapeutic Community you will be motivated and passionate about helping to create a positive culture in the workplace and providing leadership to a small team of dedicated Youth & Family Workers.

Reporting to the Youth Mental Health Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers a high standard of service to young people through strengths-based, youth orientated & developmentally appropriate approaches.

Co-located at our two residential recovery sites, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Youth and Family Workers with the necessary supervision, training and guidance to ensure quality service provision to customers.
- Forming and establishing collaborative partnerships with EACH’s wider youth and mental health programs and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining a small caseload.
- Facilitation and delivery of youth leadership programs and opportunities, community building programs and related groups.
- Providing ‘overflow’ support to young people transitioning between ITC to YORs programs.

- To succeed in this role, you will have:_
- Extensive experience working therapeutically with young people and families.
- Demonstrated ability to empower, mentor and lead a team.
- Ability to manage and assess service delivery against targets, and measure outcomes.
- A First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Highly regarded Qualification/s, Competencies and/or Licences_
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline/profession relating to mental health and/or youth, e.g. youth work, social work or psychology etc.
