About the Role
This role is central to the effective operation of our sales and CRM systems. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless user experiences across the business. Your role will include setting up new clients, managing user onboarding, maintaining a structured CRM environment, and supporting the sales team with tools, templates, and troubleshooting.
Beyond technical maintenance, you’ll deliver timely support, create documentation to guide users, and provide valuable insights through custom reporting and dashboards. With a focus on automation, data hygiene, and system integration, this position plays a critical role in enhancing team efficiency and enabling smooth operations.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented CRM professional with at least two years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot (or a similar platform like Salesforce). You thrive in a supportive role, working closely with the sales team to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently.
With a solid understanding of workflows, automation, templates, and reporting, you’re comfortable navigating the technical aspects of a CRM while keeping user experience top of mind. You can communicate clearly, respond promptly, and take pride in being a dependable go-to person for all things CRM.
Your approach is proactive, hard-working, and highly organised. You’re someone who enjoys refining processes, tackling problems head-on and improving team productivity.
