Economic changes are pressuring businesses to find ways to generate more revenue from their existing customers - and the automotive industry is no different. This ‘share of wallet’ concept comes from a deep understanding of the customer life cycle, and how data can be used to leverage communications and relationships that will deliver these results.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the requirements and goals of our customers, and how our software can deliver these solutions, whilst sharing industry insights for system improvements.
Your ability to build relationships, translate dealer requirements into tangible solutions, and identify areas for system improvements, will not just deliver exceptional service levels to our customers, but also position yourself as an expert within the industry to consult with on all areas of customer relationship management.
With a breadth of opportunities for us to offer additional value to our customers within this area, you will use your business insights, customer relationships, and financial acumen to ensure our CRM solutions not just meet our customers’ needs, but far exceed them.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work with various stakeholders in the business to support project CRM configuration as well as new campaign creation, delivery, and training in the configuration of new campaigns.
- Manage Customer CRM requirements end-to-end (scoping to implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance).
- Provide expertise and recommendations to customers on their business expectations of CRM deliverables.
- Support CRM users and communicate issues to external developers, to facilitate agreeable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Active role in the creation and delivery of reporting solutions; both to validate the ROI of these CRM solutions, and support business critical operations.

- Exposure to, or experience with writing SQL Queries, and an understanding of database technologies.
- Exposure to foreign markets and/or working with teams across multiple countries.
- Working knowledge of lead flow management and B2B sales processes.
- Exposure to, or experience within the automotive industry.
- Tertiary experience in **Information Technology, Information Systems, **or **Marketing**.
