**The Role**

As a **Client Engagement Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients by fostering strong, trusted relationships and aligning their needs with our products and services. This is not just a sales role—it’s about being a strategic partner to our clients, helping them maximise their impact by leveraging our expertise in branding, web development, CRM solutions, and digital strategy.

You will manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing growth and satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive outreach. You’ll also handle initial inquiries from new leads, understanding their needs and connecting them to the best solutions we offer. For complex opportunities, you’ll collaborate with our CEO to ensure optimal outcomes.

This role is perfect for someone with a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping purpose-driven organisations succeed.

**Your Impact**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, providing regular check-ins, at least quarterly.
- Understand client challenges and goals, offering tailored solutions from our range of services.
- Respond promptly to new inquiries, assess client needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to connect clients with the right products, services, or specialists.
- Escalate complex opportunities to the CEO while managing the initial client relationship.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts, ensuring alignment with their mission and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering a consultative approach that prioritises the client’s best interests.
- Track and report on client engagement activities, maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Represent our values of innovation, impact, and purpose in all client interactions.

**What we are Looking for**
- Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or consultative sales, ideally within technology, in a digital agency, or SaaS industries. Note that whilst this is ideal, we will consider people with other industry experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build trust and rapport.
- A consultative mindset, capable of identifying client needs and recommending impactful solutions.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
- Good critical thinking skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking and managing client interactions.
- Passion for purpose-driven work and the ability to align with our mission of leveraging technology for positive societal impact.
- Experience in marketing, communication or business (degree or practical experience) will be highly regarded.
