**What’s the opportunity?**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audience Segmentation Manager to join our dynamic team.

As an Audience Segmentation Manager, you will play a vital role in understanding and dissecting consumer data, customer feedback & competitor activity to understand our customers and their relationship to our brands and identify key segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the centralised marketing team, data analysts, creative teams, finance, sales & aftersales, capability & training and external research & data partners to ensure a seamless execution of strategies to engage our target audiences.

Further to the above please note some of the key responsibilities below:

- **Segmentation Strategy**: Utilize your expertise in data analysis to segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviour, and psychographics to create customized marketing initiatives that resonate with each segment.
- **Data Analysis**: Dive deep into vast amounts of customer data to derive actionable insights and trends that inform audience segmentation strategies. Develop and implement statistical models to identify new growth areas and market opportunities.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Continuously track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize and refine targeted messaging across various channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with key stakeholders to align audience segmentation strategies with broader marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various touchpoints.
- **Consumer Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify emerging consumer behaviours and preferences. Leverage these insights to refine audience segmentation strategies and provide recommendations on new target segments.

**About you**
- Proven track record of successfully implementing audience segmentation strategies.
- Expertise in data analysis, data-driven marketing, and statistical modelling.
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce MS Power BI & Market Sight & Pro-Mapp - desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
