**Key Responsibilities include**:

- ** Audiences** - Support the Audience & Acquisition Lead in using behavioural data and audience insight to develop a robust audience segmentation model.
- ** Campaigns & Automated Journeys** - Support in the mapping, management and ongoing optimisation of the customer journey from registration to subscription, building compelling messaging and triggers to further engagement and drive conversion.
- ** Project Management** - Support the Audience & Acquisition Lead on projects related to data, audience and personalisation initiatives.
- ** Collaboration** - Working alongside the Audience & Acquisition Lead, CRM and CRO Leads, you will actively engage with marketing peers to align on shared objectives to support growth and best practice strategies and initiatives.
- ** Experimentation - **Maintain a data-driven approach through the management of an experimentation roadmap that leverages insights and platform capabilities to test and optimise.
- ** Budget Management** - Support the Audience & Acquisition Lead to maintain budgets by ensuring timely invoicing in line with agreed targets as required to support audience initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in CRM or data-driven marketing roles
- Experience executing on 1:1 marketing strategy that delivers on commercial objectives
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar data platforms is desirable for this role
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing: generating ideas, building hypotheses, launching robust experiments, and using the results to find the true customer insight and recommend an outcome
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & collaboration skills, including developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
