**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Reman Manager, you will provide end to end **Administration support** for our Service team. The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our **Brisbane Reman Branch**.

**The responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing
- Opening and closing monthly reoccurring jobs
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
- Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance
- Payroll support and time registration entry
- Purchase order and invoice processing
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar Administration support role
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
