**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We seek a passionate, self-motivated, and well-organised individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team at the heart of the Energy Queensland Network. As a **Resource Administrator **, you will be based in our **Brisbane office **and play a pivotal role in our dynamic and diverse operations. Reporting directly to the Queensland State Manager, you will work in a cross-functional capacity and provide crucial administrative support on a casual basis, with the opportunity to go permanent after a few months.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to: _
- Closing of completed work orders, managing apportionments and answering calls.
- Assist in general administrative tasks (dial before you dig, crew roster tracking)
- Assist in compiling reports, managing timesheets and compiling work packages when required.
- Assist in collecting timesheets, submitting payroll data, and controlling payroll documents.
- Support delivery of EQL monthly admin schedule.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a cross-functional administrative environment.
