**About the Role**

With your mature and professional approach you will be:

- Facilitating the on-boarding process including the progress of all employment approvals, starting with the submission by the hiring manager, obtaining approval and preparing paperwork
- Make necessary follow ups to ensure all contracts are completed by deadlines
- Manage the HR Inbox
- Document formatting and distribution of letters and contracts.

**About You**
- Previous HR administration experience highly regarded but not essential
- A keen interest in Workforce Management and general Human Resources
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
- A high attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
