We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our client located in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the construction of civil engineering projects, including earthworks, roadworks, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are tracked and accounted for.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that they are delivering work to the required standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering project supervision.
- Relevant Certificate or degree.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including earthworks, roadworks, and drainage systems.
- Proven experience managing budgets and schedules for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage teams of contractors and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
