KPMG Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Sydney. This entry-level role will focus on data cleansing and support testing for our HR system transformation project.

**The below opportunity is for an 18-month maximum term contract.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Integrity Checks**:Perform data integrity checks across multiple P&I systems such as SAP, SmartRecruiters, Culture Amp, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- ** SAP HRIS Project Support**:Assist with an exciting SAP HRIS project, focusing on data cleansing, identifying data quality issues, and providing resolutions during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- ** Talent Acquisition Support**:Support in checking and validating talent acquisition data.
- ** Ad-Hoc Reporting**:Support the wider People & Inclusion team with various ad-hoc reporting requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Entry level role (1+ years experience)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with various teams.
