About the Role The Financial Reporting and Prism Analytics Consultant is a member of Workday’s Reporting & Analytics Professional Services organization, focused on the implementation of our Prism Analytics cloud based BI solution. The Consultant will work closely with the client’s project team to model data requirements for both Workday financial analytics and Accounting Center.- Design, Develop, and Deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers- - Significant analytic or reporting experience in Human Resources, Financial Management, or Payroll related domains- Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously- Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met- Contribute to our customer's experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams- Great teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers- Capability to mentor and share best practices with team members About You Basic Qualifications- 3-5+ years Data Modeling Experience- 3-5+ years working with BI Tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects)- - knowledge of SQL approaches to data manipulation Other Qualifications- General understanding of APIs- General understanding of Workday Security/Data Governance- Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issue- Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness- Possess good verbal and written communication skills- Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday- Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills- Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers- Able to travel 25% Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
