**The Company**

You will be joining an international financial services institution working across a breadth or products within the retail banking space.

**A day in the life of a Regulatory Compliance Manager**

You will join the Wealth product and technology divisions to provide advice on all regulatory and compliance matters to senior management institutional partners and the board.

This role will manage and facilitate internal and external audits annually and manage the annual review and approval of policy and framework documents.

**Key Aspects of the role**
- Manage compliance attestations and processes.
- Assist with APRA, ASIC, ATO requests, meetings and reviews.
- Assist with Board and Committee reporting.
- Manage compliance plans across subsidiaries including attestations and presentation toe relevant boards.
- Assist other teams as and when required.

**Desired Experience to succeed in the role**
- Strong experience in a Compliance role within a financial institution, superannuation, wealth or professional services/consulting firm.
- Knowledge of wealth platforms or products (Superannuation/insurance/IDPS) will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape.
- Experience with Audit, Compliance plans and coordinating attestation plans would be advantageous.
- Articulate when questioning stakeholders with the ability to clarify challenges to resolve them.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, technology, accosting, commerce, or related discipline,
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence stakeholders.
