**The Role**:
Our Member Care Consultants are instrumental in managing the customer experience for HCF Members to ensure that they receive a personal and exceptional service at all times. Working to clear targets, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and to promote HCF products and services.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, fun and collaborative working culture whilst ensuring we provide our members a professional and efficient service.

You will be based at the centrally located Parramatta call centre and your initial operating hours will be on a rotating roster between the times of 8am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
