- $63,792 INCL Super + 9.5% loading, 3 months in office & then 50/50 blended WFH

**We are after Customer Service super stars to work as a part of this retentions team - we are open to experience (contact centre/retentions/retail/hospitality/office).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a mixture of both inbound and outbound retentions calls to existing members - ensuring customers are educated on products and benefits that are best suited to their needs
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience in every interaction with members, answering enquiries in a clear non-technical manner
- Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and sales along with a keen interest in Health Insurance
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Solutions focused -Ability to make informed decisions in a time poor environment
- Ability to work well and collaborate with a team to achieve team targets - a big team player
