**YOUR ROLE**

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for WFI Client Service Consultants for future intakes across Bunbury, Perth, Toowoomba, and Bendigo.

You’ll be operating in a team environment and will need a high level of communication, empathy and resilience. In return, you’ll be part of an engaging team that make a difference to the local communities.

**ABOUT YOU**- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and good attention to detail- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
