**The Role**
We currently have an opportunity available for a Distribution Client Service consultant to join the IAG team located in West Perth. In this position you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers & internal sales representatives to support our clients new and existing policies. To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales & service opportunities that are in line with customer’s needs.

These are a 12 month max term positions, and require full time availability to work between during operation hours of 8:30am to 5pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responding to inbound call queries from WFI clients, WFI Area Managers & Authorised Representatives
- Create a connection with your customer by understanding their needs
- Deliver timely service outcomes for customers and distribution partners in line with agreed standards
- Manage customer calls and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Attend and partake in the office-based training and team meetings.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and quality standards
- Proactive Debtor management in line with Nation Consistency Process & Compliance regulations
- Demonstrate IAG values and behaviours

**Skills & Experience**:

- The ability to multitask and confidently manage multiple technologies
- Strong customer focus and ability to connect with customer
- A proactive approach and resilience to overcome customer objection
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant industry experience is desired but not essential
