About the role

As a Client Services Consultant at Fordham, you will be part of the Executive Office Team. You will:
- Report to the Community Services Manager- Provide customer service and payments support to members of the Community- Provide customer service to Trust Managers and Community Service Consultants- Work closely with the Payments team and other internal stakeholders at Fordham and Perpetual

About you- High school graduate at minimum- Prior experience in a customer service and office administration role- Ability to communicate with customers, internal and external, in a professional and positive manner- Experience working with indigenous communities, desirable not mandatory
