Our Client is a leading Private Healthcare provider and is seeking an IT Support Technician for the provision of a comprehensive range of Level 2 IT support services that improves the use of Information Technology across our hospitals and administrative offices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing level 2-3 support across our hospitals and administrative offices
- Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Application teams to deliver a proactive and efficient support
- Ensure defined SLA's are being met and/or exceeded
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 7, Skype for Business, Office Suite and Active Directory
- Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
**Key Required**:
- 3+ years experience in 2nd level Technical Support position
- Experience in a Field based role where you travel to different sites to provide IT Support
- Excellent Windows 10 and Office 365 ecosystem knowledge, including Skype for Business & Teams client troubleshooting skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem
- An understanding of corporate networks and basic network troubleshooting
