We have a job opening for an Telecommunication Technician to join a project. You will be responsible for providing IT support to a large organization with a substantial user base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that telecommunication equipment and systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
- Identifying and troubleshooting faults in telecommunication equipment and networks.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on telecommunications equipment.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to existing telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Testing and evaluating new telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Working with other members of the IT team to ensure that all telecommunication systems work seamlessly with other IT systems.
- Providing support to end users on telecommunication issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems including PBX, VOIP, SIP, and H.323.
- Familiarity with voice data and video systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
