**The Role**:
This Government Department is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations as part of a large ICT program.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Working with the M365 technical leads, technical analyst, and external technicians to resolve incidents related to the data migration from school M365 tenant to the department’s central M365.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to staff who have migrated to central tenant.
- Manage and document incident and problems into Service Now.
- Provide hyper care support to technician’s post migration.
- Where required, escalate and work with Level 3 engineers and business analysis to troubleshoot incidents.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- A minimum of 4 years providing support managing M365 Collaboration Platform, M365, Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Teams.
- Experience with Active Directory mail flow and having PowerShell Scripting/Graph API is highly desirable.
- Strong communication in both written and verbal is essential due to the number of stakeholders that will need to be managed.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and automate processes to deliver efficiencies.
- Understanding of network dependencies, downstream impacts and system and service dependencies for collaboration platforms.
