Milestone IT are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with expertise in PowerShell and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to join a leading client within the store support team for a initial 12month contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff within stores and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and monitoring of IT systems.
- Manage and maintain MECM infrastructure, including software deployment, patch management, and system configuration.
- Provide end-user training and support for MECM and other IT systems.
- Manage with 3rd party vendors to ensure that the stores systems are running smoothly
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other IT staff members to identify and implement IT improvements and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT support, with knowledge in PowerShell and MECM.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies, such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
