TLC Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Graduate to join our Human Resources Team. This entry-level role is designed to give you hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, while supporting key HR functions that contribute to the success and sustainability of our growing business.

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities — including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, general HR administration and HR case management. Working alongside experienced HR professionals and hiring managers, you’ll learn how to deliver outcomes across all TLC brands in:

- Aged Care
- Medical Centres
- Health Clubs
- Early Learning Centres
- Supplies & Distribution
- Corporate
- Learning (RTO)

This full-time role is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park Lake.

What you’ll be involved in:

- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with employee documentation and HR systems
- Contributing to engagement and retention initiatives
- Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement activities
- Providing generalist HR support across departments
- Assisting with HR case management
- Salary: $65,000 Inclusive
