**Position**: Casual (with full-time equivalent hours)
**Shifts** **Available**: 3pm to 11pm, occasional 7am to 3pm

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide care on a 24/7 roster for our SIL participants in the Crestmead and Park Ridge region. The role involves supporting participants with both mental health and physical disabilities, ensuring they can maximise their social, living, and recreational skills. This is a hands-on role that will involve assistance with personal care, domestic duties, behaviour management, and promoting independence and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care to participants with both physical and mental health needs.
- Assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
- Promote community engagement and social participation.
- Work collaboratively as part of an experienced team to deliver capacity-building support.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of participants at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Cert 2 in Health Services, Cert 3 in Disability, Community Services, or a related field,
- At least one year of experience in a disability care role
- A valid driver’s license and confident driving skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (or Yellow Card Exemption) or a willingness to obtain.
- Full working rights in Australia (This role requires a minimum of 30 hours availability per week)

Pay: From $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
