ARG Workforce is recruiting motivated Production Pick Packers for a busy metal manufacturing workshop on Brisbane's southside. Great opportunity for reliable workers looking for long-term, stable employment in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

  • Pick and pack metal components for production and dispatch
  • Load and unload materials and finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
  • Work as part of a team to meet production and dispatch deadlines

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in a pick packing or production environment
  • Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to pass a drug and medical screen
