Service Access Representative

Fixed Term Contract until 1/03/2026 | Full Time

Looking for a role where your warm welcome and organisation skills truly make a difference? At Better Health Network (BHN), our Service Access Representatives are the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, supportive, and person-centred.

BHN delivers health and wellbeing services that are inclusive, accessible, and community-driven. By joining our Service Access & Central Intake team, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that makes clients feel supported from the very start.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering outstanding front-of-house reception and client support, both in person and over the phone.
  • Managing appointments, referrals, and interpreting services, ensuring a smooth journey for every client.
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date while supporting billing and administration processes.
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects BHN's values of Accountability, Collaboration, Respect, and Courage.

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service skills – you're approachable, empathetic, and professional.
  • Experience in administration or reception (healthcare experience and knowledge of TrakCare/medical billing are a plus).
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment, managing multiple demands with accuracy and care.
  • A passion for supporting inclusive and community-driven health services.
